As the Chief Executive Officer of Yellow Door, Jeremy is leading the expansion of the distributed solar industry in the MENA region. Jeremy co-founded Yellow Door with Adenium, where he previously acted as COO and helped build the regions’ most successful renewable energy investor, deploying over $250M in solar in his last 12 months alone. Previously he founded a Canada developer and completed $40M of rooftop solar projects. He has also run a power utility and a phone company in Honduras, was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and built wind-farms in the USA.
Jeremy holds an MBA from INSEAD and an Engineering Degree from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
As the Chief Operating Officer of Yellow Door Energy, Lee is bringing together the team and implementing processes to make Yellow Door Energy the leader in distributed solar in the MENA region. Lee works to bring positive ideas and technology to market and has done so through his career, from the beginning of wireless email with Blackberry, to artificial intelligence software solutions in New York. Lee also conducted low-carbon policy research for the Carbon Trust in London and co-founded the award-winning home energy management software company Quinzee in Toronto.
Lee holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree in Engineering Physics from Queen’s University, Canada.
As Vice President of Technical Operations, Nikos ensures high technical quality and efficient solutions in the delivery of Yellow Door Energy’s solar projects. He has over ten years of experience in the solar industry and has managed and delivered over £100M of PV projects and headed the design of more than 400 MWp for Lightsource Renewable Energy Ltd, a London-based developer with the largest European PV portfolio (>1 GWp). Prior to his UK experience, Nikos led the technical build of some of the largest projects (more than 20 MWp) in the early years of the Balkan PV industry.
Nikos is an Electrical Engineer (PhD) from the National Technical University of Athens, specialized in Power Electronics (Inverters and Power Quality in Renewable Energy Sources Power Plants).
